What’s the benefit of your own server in Satisfactory?
Without your own server, someone in your group always has to host the game – if they’re offline, nobody can keep building. With your own server, the factory runs on our hardware and everyone can jump in whenever they want.
How do we connect to the server?
In the Satisfactory main menu, open the Server Manager, add your server’s address and connect. Your friends do the same. You’ll find the address in the Game Panel.
Can I bring my existing save?
Yes. Just upload your save file (.sav) in the Game Panel under “Files”. If you need help with that, we’re happy to assist.
How many people can play?
Tell us in your request roughly how many people will play and how big your factory is. Then we’ll put together the right server for you.
Does the factory keep running when nobody is online?
That’s up to you: in the server settings in the Server Manager you can turn off auto-pause. Then your factory keeps running around the clock, even when nobody is playing. With auto-pause on, the server stops as soon as everyone is offline.
How do I become an admin on my Satisfactory server?
When you first connect through the Server Manager, you claim the server and choose an admin password. You then use it to manage the server in-game. Explained step by step in our guide.
How much does a game server cost?
That depends on the game and your plans – for example, how many people will play. Request your server and you’ll get a personal quote.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. We set up your server for you, and in the Game Panel you can do everything with just a few clicks. If you ever get stuck, our team will help you personally.
